All products sold at Kim's AI Studio are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • Your product was never delivered due to a technical error
  • The product was significantly different from what was described
